Events

In Hay Day, there are many kinds of events. I will classify them into 3 different groups and explain to you one by one. Participation to the events are solely up to your decision. Here, I will only be explaining their worthiness and purposes of the event.

1. General Events
General events involve goals which you need to meet in order to get rewards. In these kind of events, usually you will get tools, materials or vouchers by meeting each personal goals. General events are like completing boat orders and contribution events where you need to supply products or produces. And at the end of the event, if you are able to meet one or a few (mostly I see is up to 2) personal goals, you will be able to receive a global award if the global goal is met. This kind of event is good if you need material and vouchers. Otherwise it would not be good for flow of money.

2. Participation Events
So far I have only seen one event that falls into this category which is the Fishing event. This event is similar to general events with same rewards and goal targets. But there is no need for supplying of goods. All you need to do is participate and you will be rewarded. Comparing this event type to general events, this event does not affect much on the flow of money, thus a better choice to obtain tools, materials and vouchers.

3. Multiplier Events
These kind of events are without goals. When these events happen, the money gained or experience gained (or sometimes but rarely, both money and experience gained) are doubled. Boats, trucks and visitors are related to this kind of events where their offered money or experience are doubled. If only the experience are doubled, it will cause you quick leveling, therefore it is not good for flow of money. If money or both (money and experience) are doubled, it is good opportunity to make money. The offered amount when doubled will be close to or more than what you can get from selling at maximum price in your road-side stall. So keep a look out for such events if you want to earn more money.
